About the role
Bread In Common is seeking an experienced Chef de partie to join our team in Fremantle, WA. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers. As part of our committed culinary team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and passion for fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
Ensuring consistent and efficient food preparation and presentation
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
Adhering to health and safety regulations
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de partie or equivalent role in a busy restaurant or café environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety standards
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Passion for creating high-quality, innovative dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sun — Thu 9am — 10pm
Fri & Sat 9am — 11pm
No bookings are required as
we are a casual entry venue.
