You’ll play a key role in coordinating shipments, ensuring materials move efficiently through our supply chain, and supporting the wider logistics and purchasing teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Raise and process shipments
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Generate and distribute shipment reports for internal teams
• Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager to resolve issues and optimise processes
• Provide assistance to the Purchasing Department during quieter logistics periods
• Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity within logistics systems

About You

• Previous experience in a logistics, freight, or materials coordination role (mining/resources experience highly regarded)
• Proficient and proven logistics expereince and ERP systems knowledge
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work independently and prioritise competing deadlines
