Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery as required.

Carry out regular quality control checks on brick and paver production.

Assist with general production and yard duties.

Identify and report equipment faults, assist with minor maintenance and adjustments.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with company procedures.

Work collaboratively with the production team and supervisor

Experience in brick or concrete manufacturing is an advantage but not essential.

Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.

Safety-focused with good attention to detail.
