About the Opportunity
Help us make WA cleaner, one container at a time!
We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team at Ability WA's Containers for Change sites. As a Refund Point Officer, you will be helping customers return their containers, keep the site running smoothly, and support a great cause.
What You Will Do
- Welcome customers and help them with their container returns.
- Count and sort containers quickly and accurately.
- Use the cash register and process refunds.
- Keep the site clean and tidy.
- Help with daily setup and basic machine maintenance.
- Work with your team to get the job done safely and efficiently.
What You'll Need
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to manage your time and stay organised.
- Friendly attitude and great customer service.
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Able to get a National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Willing to follow safety rules and help keep the site safe.
