Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage subcontracts

Administer variations, progress claims, and RFIs

Assist with procurement and cost tracking

Support project teams to meet budget and program requirements

Maintain clear documentation and communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Cash flow management and forecasting

About You

2+ years experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial or residential construction

Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and project documentation

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Confident communicator and team player

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
