A leading construction group is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their growing team in Perth. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career progression, a supportive team culture, and exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

You’ll play a critical role in managing contracts, budgets, and procurement processes to ensure successful project delivery. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong stakeholder relationships, and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting Project Managers with monitoring and reporting on project performance.
• Managing budgets, tracking financial status, and ensuring projects stay within approved limits.
• Reviewing technical specifications and preparing detailed instructions for site teams.
• Supporting estimating, tendering, and bidding processes.
• Managing contract variations and understanding their implications.
• Maintaining project documentation and participating in client meetings.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract administration within commercial construction or fitout.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, cost control, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
