They are currently looking for a Contract Administrator in a newly recreated role reporting into a highly experienced Director. Initially office based, the role will end up with a mix of site and office work.

Key Requirements:

• Have a relevant tertiary qualification Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator
• Experienced in procurement and variations.
• You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Someone flexible, adaptable and hard working.
