Key Responsibilities
Manage full contract lifecycle, prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and variations
Monitor budgets, timelines, and compliance to keep projects on track
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Support procurement, RFQs, and subcontractor onboarding processes
Handle progress claims, payments, and financial documentation
Identify potential risks early and develop strategies to mitigate
Oversee subcontractor documentation to ensure safety and compliance
Implement and manage scopes of work for complex multi-story projects
About You
5+ years’ experience in contract administration within residential or commercial construction
Strong understanding of construction contracts, law, and industry standards
Confident managing contracts, variations, claims, and procurement for $60M+ projects
Skilled with tools like Procore, MS Project, Excel, Office
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Works independently and solves problems proactively
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Team player who adds to a positive, results-driven workplace
