Reporting to the Head of People & Experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, driving engagement, and supporting leaders to bring the company’s values to life. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, combining hands-on delivery with advisory and project work across all areas of people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple offices.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and deliver proactive sourcing strategies.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR systems, policies, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate performance and development processes, tracking goals and outcomes.
- Deliver culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives across the business.
- Support learning programs and training logistics.
- Contribute to people data, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You’re an energetic and relationship-driven HR professional who thrives on making a difference. You combine excellent communication skills with a practical, proactive mindset.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in recruitment and/or HR coordination or advisory roles.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling people matters.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for creating a great employee experience.
- HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter experience (advantageous, not essential).
