In this uniquely positioned role within our People team, you will report to the Head of People and collaborate closely with our People Partner and Talent Services team. As a true generalist, you will provide HR partnering support to your own portfolio of managers and employees.
What You’ll Do
As our People Partner, you will:
- Become a trusted Partner by providing timely Level 2 HR advice and support to management and employees
- Assist in ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures
- Conduct internal investigations adhering to procedural fairness and child safety principles and prepare concise reports with recommendations
- Contribute to HR projects, engagement initiatives, policy reviews, and workforce planning
- Promote organisational values through day-to-day work and support in the development of related frameworks
- Provide occasional support for the Talent and People Services Team as needed

- Demonstrated application of industrial and employee relations principles
- Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting managers with performance and discipline issues
- Reputation for consistently providing a high level of advice and professional guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, values-led, strong interest in people, and respect for others
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility and ability to embrace and respond effectively to change
