Location: Toorak, Melbourne (in office, Monday–Friday)
Reports to: Senior People & Culture Manager
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation + Annual EOY Performance Bonus

What you'll do
No two days look the same – you’ll help keep our people operations running smoothly, support managers and employees, and contribute to initiatives that make Bizcap a great place to work.
Some of what you’ll get involved in includes:
- Supporting the full employee experience – ensuring every interaction reflects Bizcap’s culture and values
- Assisting with HR administration and day-to-day people operations
- Providing friendly, professional support to employees and leaders across the business
- Collaborating with the P&C team on initiatives that enhance engagement and performance
- Helping configure and optimise our people systems (e.g. HiBob) to streamline processes
- Living and promoting Bizcap’s values, helping build a workplace where people feel supported, connected, and empowered
Who we're looking for
Years of experience are just a number, so we're open to a variety of backgrounds for this role. This could suit someone currently in a P&C or HR Coordinator/Advisor role, or someone from an admin or customer service background, ready to take the next step in their people career.
What matters most is your mindset and coachability.
Must-Haves:
- Egoless and eager to learn
- Action-oriented, organised and adaptable.
- Warm, approachable, and genuinely care for your work
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience leading or mentoring others (even in part-time, retail, or hospitality roles)
- Previous exposure to P&C or HR systems and processes
