Full Time Room Leader Role Available at our Fremantle School.

We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art early learning school in Fremantle. With one highly successful school already established in Perth since 2018, we’re now looking for a Room Leader for our second location! Ideally we are looking for someone who would love to lead our Nursery Room (3 to 18 month olds).

There are some requirements you will need to have:

Experience Needed

• Previous substantial experience (2 years minimum) working in an early childhood setting ideally in a under 4yrs environment

• Completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• An ability to plan innovative and engaging child-initiated curriculums, incorporating both indoor and outdoor environments, sustainability and nature play

• Be able to document children’s learning and development to a high standard to make children’s learning visible

• An open mindset that is positive and adaptable to change

You will receive at least 2 hrs/week to create curriculum and do your observations. Our school is beautiful, and purpose built enhanced with digital technology, and has lots of resources including two designated Ateliers and a Yoga Studio. Our School Chef will cook you lunch every day, so just bring yourself!
