About the role

Sprouts School of Early Learning - Margaret River is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Margaret River, Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observe, document and assess children's development to inform curriculum planning and individualised support

Build positive relationships with children, families and the broader community

Ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained learning environment

Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Work collaboratively with the educational team to provide the best possible outcomes for children

What we're looking for

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience working in a similar role within the childcare industry

Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care

Current First Aid certification, including CPR and Anaphylaxis management

Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
