SH Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Room Leader for a high performing service in theNorth Perth area.

These full-time positions offer a competitive salary range of $35-$37 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that support the learning and development of children in your care

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children

Building solid relationships with children, families, and the broader community

Collaborating with other educators to provide high-quality care and education

Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Continuously improving your own professional practice through ongoing training and development

What we're looking for

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Extensive experience working with children in an early learning or outside school hours care setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creativity and a passion for supporting children's learning and development

Commitment to providing high-quality care and education

Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the childcare industry
