The Role

As a Routine Inspections Assistant, your main goal is to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients through thorough and timely property inspections. You’ll be responsible for conducting high-quality routine inspections, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring our properties are well-maintained and compliant.

You’ll enjoy flexibility in how you plan your work week, balancing your schedule to suit your working style while meeting business and client needs.

A Day In The Life

Conduct routine inspections with care and precision

Prepare clear, detailed, and accurate inspection reports

Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding property condition and maintenance

Identify and report maintenance issues promptly

Support the Property Management team with administrative and operational tasks

Assist with occasional leasing duties as required

The Successful Candidate

A current Real Estate Certificate is required

A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive and professional approach to client service

Availability on Saturdays if required
