My client is currently seeking an experienced retail salesperson/supervisor to join their team in Townsville as an Assistant Store Manager.

This role at Highgrove Bathrooms will suit a customer focused retail leader look to lead a team of ten through all aspects of creating an exceptional retail offering.

You'll assist customers with selection and understanding products through your exceptional ability to engage and deliver on customer expectations.

Your Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver on store budgets and KPI's while engaging and motivating an experienced team.

About You:

An energetic leader with a passion for delivering customer service excellence in each engagement

Be passionate about creating and delivering excellent store standards

Have strong retail management/ supervision (or similar), with a minimum 1 year experience in management

Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement

Experience in reporting and sales management

Organised and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving KPI’s

Previous experience in plumbing or interior sales will be highly regarded
