We’re seeking a motivated and detail-driven Account Manager to join our energetic and supportive team based onsite in Parkinson.

Reporting to the Onsite Contract Manager, this role offers the opportunity to oversee a large casual workforce while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Days of Work: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am – 6:00pm

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring workforce stability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You’ll work closely with the operations team and onsite client contacts to manage rostering, reporting, performance, and candidate engagement.

Key responsibilities include:
• Rostering and scheduling a large casual workforce
• Monitoring attendance, performance, and workforce trends through reporting and data analysis
• Managing and interpreting operational reports and performance data to identify improvements
• Conducting regular client site visits and check-ins
• Managing candidate onboarding, inductions, and compliance documentation
• Providing operational and administrative support to the broader team
• End-to-end recruitment to maintain a strong and reliable candidate pool

About You

You’re proactive, organised, and confident working with both people and data. You enjoy problem-solving, interpreting information, and providing actionable insights to improve performance.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce coordination
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills, with the ability to interpret and report on workforce metrics
• High level of systems experience, with confidence navigating multiple platforms and databases
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
