Our Client:
National leader in fire services asset management across commercial industrial, retail and high rise sectors maintaining and servicing Fire and Electrical systems for their Clients nationally.
The Role:
Cross selling Contracting Service and Support services.
Upselling Fire Systems Contracting Support Services.
Engaging in strategic meetings with leadership teams, service managers, high level clients to enable sales and support of core services.
Retain and build on existing CRM managed accounts, and increase gross profits.
Debtor management across your portfolio team.
Work with a dedicated team to provide the best services possible to out clients.
You:
Must have major Account Management experience in Fire and or Electrical and business related qualifications and or a Trade within Fire.
Extensive high level experience in major account management role within the Fire Contracting and Technical Services Industry
Intermediate to advanced internal IT systems across Excel MS Office and internal CRM software and computer systems.
Excellent personal and professional presentation skills for client facing role.
Possesses strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, outstanding needs analysis skills and can operate within a team or autonomously.
Is a polished communicator with excellent negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills.
