Accounts / Finance Officer – AP, AR & Payroll

$80,000 + Superannuation | Permanent | Immediate Start

Location: Narangba

My client is a well-established business based in Narangba, and due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Accounts / Finance Officer to join our team in a full-time permanent role. About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial operations across the business. This role covers Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable, so we’re looking for someone who is confident across all three and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing and managing Accounts Payable – invoices, purchase orders, supplier reconciliations and payment runs

Handling Accounts Receivable – raising invoices, receipting payments, resolving queries, follow-up on overdue accounts

Payroll processing – weekly or fortnightly payroll (depending on business need), onboarding, employee changes, timesheet interpretation

Bank and account reconciliations

Assisting with month-end tasks and financial reporting

General finance administration and supporting the broader team when required

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have previous experience in a similar Accounts Officer / Finance Officer position

Are confident working across AP, AR and Payroll

Have strong attention to detail and enjoy owning your work

Are comfortable working in a small, supportive team environment

Bring a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Experience with accounting/payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, Pronto, SAP or similar) is highly regarded.
