The Role

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this hands-on Finance Officer role will see you managing day to day financial operations and contributing to the smooth running of a busy finance function. You’ll take ownership of both Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time
• Managing billing, receipting, and debt collection activities
• Assisting with month-end journals and reporting
• Maintaining supplier and customer records
• Supporting internal and external audit processes
• Liaising across teams to resolve queries and drive process improvements

Skills and Experience

You’re an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You take pride in your accuracy, bring a proactive approach to your work, and enjoy contributing to a purpose-led organisation.

You’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
• Sound understanding of reconciliations and accounting principles
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
