Cappro Pacific is one of Australia’s; leading recruitment companies and we have number of leading opportunities in Sydney. We have been given 6 lives roles based in Sydney from 6 different clients that are looking for same individual. We thought it was only fair that we write one add that covers all 6 roles. Each business is offering training and support and leadership development from its management team. With technical support to back you in the field you’re going to be supported from day 1.
Each role acts a little different but they all have the same guideline which is winning the customer through cold calling and making sure you can convince the customer that your product offering is the best on the market and you can support them once the sale is complete through excellent technical support and aftermarket parts and services.
You need to have your ear to the ground and be strong in communication with other business’s and listening to what’s happening in your area. New projects, tenders arising or word of mouth what ever it is its all about getting the best result from your territory and hitting targets to achieve your budget at the end of the month.
We are open to look at candidates from the following markets or industries in Sydney or surrounding areas like Picton to Central coast.
· Earthmoving equipment
· Material handling – Forklifts
· Aftermarket parts or Services
· Access & EWP’s
· Generators or Compressors
· Foundation & pilling Rigs
· Mobile or Tower Cranes
· Lighting towers or traffic equipment
· Concreate handling and Boom pumps Systems
You must be confident in going out to sites selling the equipment to customer that you have not spoken to before selling up and benefits and key points of the equipment then closing the client on the spot. You will have marketing material on your Ipad and for larger customer can come to site or your branch to sit in the machine to which you cover demonisations. Most customers have this equipment onsite and will ask on pricing and work through a bundle package to which you will go in at your best price / quote.
Candidate Requirements
· 2 + years in external Sales or have been internal sales but cold calling over the phones.
· Drivers licence.
· Excellent communication and IT skills to use CRM systems.
· Attention to detail to solve issues and provide detailed sales presentations.
· Outgoing and highly motivated attitude to Win.
If you have a trade or engineering qualification or maybe an MBA or even diploma this will certainly help because it will show our clients that your highly skilled in your education and training.
Salary Package & Benefits
As I discussed at the beginning of the add we have 6x lives roles that we have Sydney at the moment and the salary packages vairy because some have an excellent commission structure and some don’t. Some just offer a large base package with no comm structure and this will come down to you in which works best for you and your family.
· Base Salary $65,000 - $120,000
· Superannuation – 12%
· Company Car or Company 4WD
· Uncapped & Bonus packages

· Full training and support with excellent leadership
