Live Position -

In this role you’re to gain new business development through cold calling into building sites throughout All of Southern Brisbane down to the Gold Coast. You will need to track down and talk to the key contractors, site managers and owner operators to provide support by understanding their requirement and providing new equipment solutions to support each project that is either happening currently or coming up in later months. You’re also going to be targeting major civil, landscape gardeners, construction, local councils, contractors, utilities customers and leading fleet customers to see if they require your services and product systems. This is challenging but rewarding role but will see you travel throughout all Southern QLD dealing with a huge list of customers. You will work in a high performing sale that push hard every day and all want to be number 1 in the business.

You’re going to be selling a huge variety of products like

· Excavators

· Wheeled loaders

· Skid steers

· Site Dumpers

· Forestry Mowers

· Attachments and quick hitches

· Hydraulic Hammers

· Used Equipment

Candidate Requirements –

You need to have thick skin, take knock backs, strive to be the best and really push every day, This role is certainly challenging, highly rewarding and huge satisfaction when securing new equipment, the rewards are exceptional. The management team look after its staff and you be rewarded heavily through your motivation and results that you bring into the business. You’re also going to be given huge training and full support from the sales team.

Candidate Requirements

· 3 + Years in Selling Capital Equipment

· CRM Experience

· Proven Sales Experience as External Sales rep – This is key

· Clear communication and listing skills

· Willingness to travel throughout Brisbane South to the Border

· Highly motivated and self-starter to cure new business sales

Salary Package –

My client is wanting someone that can prove themselves and enjoys making $$$. This is a true sales role that we will see you or can see you making very commissions but you need to back yourself to make this happen.

· Base Salary $100,000

· Fully Maintained Company 4WD

· Fuel Card

· Uncapped Commission Structure $100,000

· Superannuation – 12%

· Laptop & IPhone

You will be put through a 5-day training course then shown the ropes by one of the other Sales Reps, and then you will be mentored by the local sales BDM that will support you within the first 6 months. If you are a team player and competitive in sales then this role is for you. My client has hired people for the following market areas which have been highly successful, but we are open to earthmoving equipment, truck sales, forklifts, Hire and earthmoving attachments anything that requires hard work and dictation through cold calling and building relationships.
