About the Role:
As our New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be the final touchpoint in our customers’ new car journey — ensuring every handover is smooth, professional, and memorable. You’ll oversee the preparation and presentation of new vehicles, coordinate accessory fitments, registration, and final paperwork, and work closely with our sales, service, and administration teams to ensure every customer drives away delighted.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery schedules

Liaise with sales staff and customers to confirm delivery details

Ensure vehicles are detailed and presented to showroom standards

Maintain compliance documentation and accurate delivery records

Support dealership events and promotional handovers when required

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail with a passion for customer satisfaction

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous automotive or dealership experience highly regarded
