• Location: Tarcutta, NSW (30 mins south of Wagga Wagga)
• Contract: 6 months (starting mid-Jan 2026)
• Rate: $50-$65 per hour (ABN) - based on experience

About the Opportunity

The Tarcutta Collective is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to oversee daily site operations across residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

You’ll be supervising trades, contractors, and materials to keep projects on track — ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.

Working with a Sydney-based Project Manager and supported by a local professional team, this project offers a real opportunity to make your mark on one of the Riverina’s most exciting village revitalisation projects.

What You’ll Do

Supervise day-to-day site works, trades, and subcontractors

Oversee carpentry works and ensure quality workmanship

Work closely with the Project Manager, Architect, and Engineer to deliver design intent and build integrity

Manage suppliers, materials, and deliveries

Maintain site safety and ensure WHS compliance

Interpret plans, drawings, and construction documentation accurately

Record and report on project progress to the Project Manager

Perform hands-on carpentry and general site work when needed

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Leading Hand, or experienced Handyman

Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skillsattitude

Carpentry trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent) – highly regarded

Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card

• Reliable, motivated, and eager to develop within the construction industry
