Job title: Site Manager / Supervisor

Location: Moore Park & Sydney CBD

Duration: 4 months+ (December start)

Rate: $60-$100 an hour depending on experience

Engagement type: Must hold ABN (Company or Sole Trader)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Site Manager / Site Supervisor to lead a number of commercial remediation projects across Moore Park and Sydney CBD.

This role will suit a hands-on Supervisor/Manager who has experience in managing multiple trades, maintaining tight safety & security standards and driving high-quality outcomes under firm deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple trades on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to standard.

Manage site access, security, and compliance with all WHS protocols.

Lead daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.

Communicate proactively with the client and key stakeholders.

Maintain safe work zones for workers, public areas, and pedestrian interfaces.

Combine supervision with hands-on involvement to drive productivity.

Project Scope Includes:

Steel section remediation

Painting and coatings

Concrete spalling repairs

About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on commercial OR remediation projects.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple trades under tight timeframes.

Excellent understanding of WHS and site safety management.

EWP (over 11m) licence highly regarded, but not essential.

Hands-on management style – willing to get involved on site when required.

Must Have White Card.

Must hold OR be willing to attain Public Liability Insurance.
