The Marketing Co-Ordinator will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Managing and regularly updating multiple social media channels including Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn, Tik Tok

Oversee EDM and amplify any campaigns

Responsible for all digital marketing, e-mail marketing program and CRM management

First point of contact for all creative suppliers and media

Work with agents on ad-hoc marketing programs and campaigns from developing strategies to implementation

Assist Operations Manager with Staff Events when required

Assist with training on marketing programs and software (i.e. InDesign, CRM, e-marketing)

Keep the website up to date

Help to review Google Analytics and various platforms to ensure campaigns

About You - To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:

2-5 years Marketing exp

Marketing qualification or qualifications in marketing, graphic design

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Attention to detail is essential

Organised and Agile – can be flexible when workload or priorities need to change

Creative capabilities

Experience in Digital marketing , using InDesign, Canva, CRM, CMS, and Analytic Reporting Tools, Adobe suite

Proficient using Microsoft Suite
