About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our maintenance division full-time.
You'll be responsible for leading a small crew, maintaining multiple properties to a professional standard, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a hands-on role that suits someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and enjoys leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a small maintenance team (1–3 staff).

Carry out mowing, hedging, pruning, spraying, and detailed garden care.

Plan daily routes and allocate tasks efficiently.

Ensure high presentation standards across all sites.

Liaise professionally with property managers, clients, and the Urbanscape office.

Monitor materials, tools, and job completion in AroFlo (training provided).

Identify improvement opportunities and report maintenance issues.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape or grounds maintenance.

Previous team leader or senior gardener experience preferred.

Candidates must possess supervisory experience in any capacity.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.

Manual driver's licence (MR licence advantageous).

Chemical Handling ticket (ACDC) and White Card desirable.

Ability to train, motivate, and support your team.

Permanent residency status required for this position.
