Join the growing team at Austspray Environmental, a leading provider of vegetation management and landscape maintenance services across South-East Queensland.
Based at the northern end of the Gold Coast, we specialise in weed control, landscape maintenance, natural areas management, and environmental restoration.
Our Landscape Maintenance teams work on large-scale commercial sites across multiple local government areas. Each day starts and finishes from our Stapylton depot, travelling to sites in company vehicles.
We’re looking for fit, motivated, and reliable people who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in doing a great job as part of a professional team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Garden maintenance and weed control in parks and public spaces
Roadside and centre median maintenance
Mulching, planting and landscape restoration works
Occasional landscape construction and improvement projects
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture
Confidence in safe herbicide and manual weed control techniques
White Card
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport to base
Highly Regarded (but Not Essential):
Cert III in Parks & Gardens, Horticulture or equivalent (or studying)
ACDC Licence
Level 2 Traffic Management
MR or HR driver’s licence
Chainsaw accreditation

Austspray Environmental are weed control, landscaping and natural area management specialists who work in any regional ecosystem within South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, undertaking areas such as landscape maintenance, weed control and bush regeneration.
Our landscaping maintenance, weed control, natural area restoration and waterway weed control services are provided to numerous locations in the area, such as the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Redland City, Logan City and Northern New South Wales. We provide an extensive array of weed control, landscaping and natural area management services to Councils, Government Agencies and a range of private customers.
These areas require a talented and experienced team of landscaping and natural area specialists to carry out the work. The natural areas work requires a comprehensive understanding of natural systems – our natural areas team is highly regarded in the industry, we are known for our ability to take on large scale complex landscaping and natural area restoration projects that require best practice bush regeneration methodology.
Our Landscape Maintenance team is made up of qualified, hard working, results driven people who have been with the organisation for several years. This team was recently audited by Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and was described as leading the way in the industry in setting new standards in both quality and safety on the job.
Our Cliff Face weed control team travels all over Australia treating coastal headlands and gorges for declared and environmental weeds
