About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Parks & Gardens Maintenance division in Burpengary, overseeing works across the Caboolture area. This position is starting in a casual role and will lead to full-time for the right candidate, hands-on role leading a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality outdoor maintenance services.

You will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for scheduling, safety, reporting, and team development.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support a crew delivering parks and gardens maintenance services.

Manage and complete scheduled landscape tasks including mowing, pruning, hedging, weeding, and fertilising.

Run daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensure SWMS and JSAs are completed.

Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working order.

Communicate regularly with the Area Manager and clients when required.

Use our digital platform to complete job reports and safety documentation.

What You’ll Need

Cert III in Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance, or strong industry experience.

Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in outdoor maintenance.

Manual driver’s licence (essential), MR licence desirable.

White Card and ACDC (preferred or willing to obtain).

Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
