An advertising agency with a variety of blue-chip clients is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated Senior Account Manager to run their client’s marketing, communication and advertising needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing great campaigns and a drive to provide exceptional service. You will be an integral part of the team and report to an Account Director. This is a successful agency delivers Brand Strategy and Creative Development across all medium including above and below the line channels from POS, Promotions, or Digital execution. Previous experience working on Pharma accounts would be a bonus.

You:

Exceptional organisational abilities, with ability to manage busy portfolio of clients from conception to completion on time and budget. A fabulous can-do positive attitude and a passion for advertising and design. Strategic ability with hands on attention to detail and ability to proof-read is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with creatives to develop creative campaigns.

· Be primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.

· Translate client briefs into strategic and actionable plans, assess client needs/goals and provide providing solutions

· Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ business

· Ability to prioritise work with excellent time management skills

· Oversee campaign execution from start to finish.

· Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams, to ensure client deliverables are on strategy, on time and on budget

· Provide proactive, prompt customer service and excellence and stay top of campaign deadlines and budgets

· Present results and recommendations to clients.

· Prepare quotes, invoices and reports as required

· Maintain WIPs and contact reports for clients and senior leaders

· Deliver high-quality output to project deadlines by managing the daily needs of clients and their deliverables

· Identify opportunities to grow the client account.

· Support pitches and new business efforts if needed.

· Tack and report on client budget performance.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar advertising agency role

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Experience across below-the-line and through-the-line campaigns

Exceptional communication, organisational, and time-management skills

A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and solutions-oriented approach

Experience in Pharmaceutical accounts is a bonus but not essential

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
