About Sense
Sense is a privately owned, independent creative agency based in Fitzroy, on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people. Our studio is home to a close-knit team of around 20 talented humans (plus a few well-behaved dogs), working across all forms of creative communication from advertising and branding to design and digital.

We’re looking for a talented and proactive Account Manager to join our team. You’ll work alongside an experienced Account Director across a mix of key property and non-property clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an account manager who’s ready to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment and sharpen their full suite of agency skills.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships across key accounts.

Set and manage client expectations, identifying opportunities and risks along the way.

Coordinate end-to-end campaigns writing briefs for design, digital projects and website management.

Manage deadlines and budgets while maintaining a high creative standard.

Preparation of agency recommendations and presentations.

Oversee the delivery of brand and advertising campaigns across all channels.

Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams across strategy, creative, digital and production.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Full Australian work rights.

3+ years’ experience in a creative agency environment.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related field (preferred).

Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Experience coordinating advertising, design, website and social media campaigns.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.

Hands-on experience with WordPress.
