The client is recruiting for two roles a Senior Management Accountant and also a Management Accountant.

Tasks and role details -

The roles report into the Senior Finance Manager and includes the following broad responsibilities -

Business partnering with the operation teams, all departments and financial stakeholders

Budgeting, Forecasting and Business planning

Executive reporting, analytics, and presentation to enable decision making

Lead role in managing the month end reporting process

In depth analysis on results

Lead role in process and systems improvement projects

Due diligence project work for potential new acquisitions

Desirable background -

Business partnering with non financial stakeholders such as operations, sales or marketing etc

Able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively

Retail property or retail industry background is advantageous

CPA/CA qualified

Strong budgeting and management accounting background desired

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Someone who has been involved with systems implementation or process improvement projects would be an advantage

Competitive salary packages - the Senior Management Accountant is paying 125k to 133k + super. The Management Accountant is paying 110k to 120k + super pending experience.
