A unique opportunity is available for an operations manager to join our team. Located NW of Goondiwindi, we are a broadacre farming and grazing operation. Family owned and operated, we are a progressive business that prides itself on looking after our team very well.

The successful applicant must be very experienced in broadacre farming, and have proficiency to:

Oversee the use, servicing and deployment of all farm machinery.

Plan and coordinate pre-season maintenance and seasonal parts audits.Develop weekly, quarterly and annual operational plans in collaboration with owners.

Contribute to forward planning by identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

Take full responsibility for executing weekly plans: define goals, track progress and prioritise tasks as required.

Assist management in developing and refining operational systems.

Livestock handling skills preferred but not essential.

MC license an advantage, HC license preferred but not essential.

Minimum 10+ years of broadacre farming experience is essential.

Australian work rights are essential for this position.

Air conditioned, on-farm accommodation is provided with primary schools within 15km. A work vehicle is also supplied.

Salary negotiable according to experience.
