Senior Property Manager / Team Leader – Newstead

Ascend Recruit are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take charge of a portfolio and deliver outstanding service to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role with clear pathways to leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee a portfolio of residential properties end-to-end
• Provide the highest level of customer service to property owners and tenants
• Work mainly in our stunning Newstead office, supported by Inspection Managers, PM Assistants, and Virtual Assistants who handle inspections and administration
• Build strong client relationships and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
