About the Position:

Our client is seeking either a junior-level Commercial Property Lawyer (2–5 years PAE) or an experienced Senior Conveyancer with a solid background in commercial property transactions.

This is a hands-on role dealing with:

• A-Z commercial conveyancing matters
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Retail and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant sides)
• Drafting and reviewing property contracts and transactional documents
• Managing property-related due diligence processes

There is also an opportunity to work on a broader mix of transactional and corporate law files, depending on your skills and interests.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years PAE in property or commercial law or senior-level conveyancing experience
• Confident in handling commercial conveyancing and leasing matters
• Strong understanding of Queensland property processes and legislation
• Experience with PEXA and QLD Titles eLodgement essential
• Exposure to LEAP Legal preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
