The Role:

As the playbook is skewed to your advantage, the core functions of your role are realistically refined to

• Attend to leads provided and build on your existing network
• Consulting with clients to identify their property needs, budget and preferred locations
• Directing your support team and coordinating outcomes
• Negotiating on behalf of clients to secure the best possible purchase price and terms
• Staying abreast of the market

What you’ll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Buyer's Agent / Buyer’s Advocate
• Be achieving now ($500K in fees) but desire to be $700K and beyond
• Hold a current Real Estate License
• Driver’s licence + reliable car
• Be driven, passionate and possess outstanding communication skills
