About the Role

We are on the lookout for a driven, enthusiastic, and personable individual to fill the role of Buyer’s Agent.

Experience in the property industry is essential.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our Managing Director and a team of experienced Buyer’s Agents who will support you in developing your skills.

We’re looking for someone who loves property and is seeking a fulfilling role in the industry where you can make a real difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Research and sourcing of properties for clients

Due diligence on properties

Liaising with clients

CRM management

Use RP Data, CoreLogic, and internal systems to identify value

Build, maintain and utilise relationships with real estate agents

Support broader business development activities

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience as a Buyer’s Agent or in a similar property role

Certificate IV or Real Estate Licence

Prior property investment experience (personal or professional)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience presenting to and managing clients

Ability to work autonomously and drive client outcomes

Familiarity with RP Data, CoreLogic, and CRM tools

Interest in building a long-term career within an award-winning team
