🎯 THE ROLE: HIGH-PERFORMANCE BUYER’S AGENT

We’re seeking a sharp, motivated Buyer’s Agent who can take the reins on active, motivated buyer clients. You’ll receive guidance from our Master Salesman, investor and Founder, but you will work the full journey from strategic planning to sourcing, negotiation, and settlement. You’ll collaborate with leadership, but own your client results.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and total autonomy. Our best agents earn well into six figures — and we’re ready to help you join them.

💰 WHAT YOU’LL EARN

100% commission-based — no income ceiling

OTE: $150k to $300K+ annually (top performers only limited by output)

Tiered bonus structures may become available for volume/efficiency

Work with motivated, pre-qualified buyer clients

Conduct research, shortlist and present investment-grade properties

Negotiate purchases across Australia (established + new builds)

Coordinate with brokers, solicitors, and developers

Oversee the full journey from initial call to final settlement

Maintain premium client service standards — strategy + care

🔧 TO THRIVE HERE, YOU’LL NEED TO…

Have at least 2 years’ experience in real estate, sales, or buyer advocacy

Be confident, articulate, and highly autonomous

Know how to build client trust fast — and back it up with results

Understand the property investment landscape (or be a fast learner)
