The Role

• Meeting clients and taking buyer briefs
• Sourcing off-market opportunities
• Building relationships with local agents
• Prospecting and database management
• Networking and attending inspections
• Researching and reporting on properties

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in Real Estate
• Professional communicator who’s confident walking through $10M+ homes
• Fun, driven, and culturally aligned – someone who fits our vibe
• Mature and relationship-focused
