Brisbane based Architecture studio seeking an AutoCAD / revit Technician to join their team working on high-end multi residential and social housing projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing and managing technical documentation for multi-residential / high-rise residential and social housing projects. A strong background in AutoCAD is essential, along with the ability to develop precise working drawings and provide technical expertise throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and overseeing technical documentation for multi residential / social housing projects using AutoCAD.

Producing high-quality working drawings and technical specifications.

Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Coordinating with consultants and contractors to drive successful project outcomes.

Maintaining high-quality control across all deliverables.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and revit and a strong understanding of CAD standards.

In-depth knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards, and construction methodologies.

Experience in project management, including coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to support team collaboration and technical delivery.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
