The Role

You’ll support Project Managers and Directors in coordinating design, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication across several active projects. From consultant liaison and tender support through to site reporting and risk tracking, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the structured, ISO-certified systems that underpin One PM’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

It’s a hands-on, learning-focused role designed for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and wants to build a long-term career in client-side project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project documentation, design coordination, and consultant liaison
• Support tender processes, contractor appointments, and design documentation reviews
• Track construction progress, variations, and risk management actions
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and progress documentation for internal and client use
• Maintain data and project records in line with company systems and processes
• Support Project Managers and Directors across all phases of delivery

You

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering
• 1-3 years’ experience in project management consultancy or construction delivery
• Strong communicator, written and verbal, with a professional, reliable approach
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload
• Understanding of project planning, documentation, and reporting fundamentals
• Working knowledge of MS Project, P6, or similar scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Procore, Mastt, or equivalent software advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting
