Senior Contracts Administrator – Construction (Multi-Res) | Brisbane

An established and respected construction company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane-based team. This full-time role offers the chance to work on a range of high-value, complex multi-residential projects, contributing to the successful delivery of major developments.
About the Role As a key member of the commercial team, you’ll take responsibility for contract administration across multiple multi-residential construction projects. You’ll ensure legal compliance, manage contractual risks, and provide guidance across all phases of project delivery—from tender to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and negotiate construction contracts with a focus on protecting commercial interests
• Monitor contract performance and ensure full compliance across projects
• Draft and review contract terms as part of the tender process
• Provide expert contractual advice and risk mitigation strategies to project teams
• Maintain clear, organised records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and external consultants
• Keep up-to-date with industry legislation, contract standards, and market developments

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior contract administration or management role within the construction sector
• Proven experience in multi-residential construction projects is essential
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in contract management software
• Tertiary qualifications in law, construction management, or business administration
