St Rita’s College is seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Officer to join our Marketing and Communications team on a casual basis with a strong likelihood of leading to permanency. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven professional to contribute to the College’s digital presence and strengthen engagement across our community.

In this role, you will bring stories to life through engaging content, social media strategy, and digital campaigns that reflect the values and spirit of St Rita’s College.

Key duties and responsibilities are:

Execute campaigns to promote the College’s programs, events, and initiatives.

Draft and distribute clear, concise, and engaging content for the College website, online newsletter, the College app, and other digital channels.

Develop and deliver high-quality, on-brand video and photo content for all social media channels, using tools such as iPhone, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.

Support the Head of Marketing and Communications in coordinating and publishing parent communications through the College’s platforms, ensuring information is accurate, engaging and effectively distributed.

Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices to ensure the College remains innovative and competitive.

About you:

You will have:

Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.

Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics reporting.

Strong skills in photography, videography and editing using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
