We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, driven, and proactive team player to join our team as our Digital Marketing Assistant in Mooloolaba.

This position is perfect for someone with strong writing skills, some experience within the industry, and a love of social media; wanting to further their skills and knowledge in digital marketing.

A perfect job for someone newish to the industry with a good understanding of the internet and social media, with the ability to research and write great content and social media posts. Previous experience is preferred, and definitely a desire to learn and further develop your skills in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

The role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Manage social media posts on behalf of clients and Probity Web Marketing. Includes reviewing posts performance and looking for trends and opportunities.

Conduct keyword research, create content, and post on relevant platforms in agreed formats.

Assist in evaluating client digital marketing strategies and online presence for improvements via new channel opportunities.

Assist in developing and managing various digital marketing channels, including AdWords, Display, YouTube, Facebook Ads, Email, etc.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media concepts, User Experience, Conversion Rate Optimisation, and Web Design Principles.

Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones.

Undertake additional duties assigned by the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
