Your new role

With continued growth, this has resulted in the opportunity for a Group Finance Manager to join their Devonport head office. Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for the accounting and administration functions of the group with a focus on driving commercial outcomes. You'll manage the day-to-day finance function with passion and ensure sound financial control across all entities. You'll also ensure group monthly reporting, including forecasting, is completed in an accurate and timely manner. You'll also maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the broader business and enjoy challenging the way things have historically been done.

What you'll need to succeed

CA/CPA qualified, you'll be an outcome focused leader and have prior accounting experience within a supply, distribution, importing/exporting, retail or materials handling type of organisation. You'll have well developed communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset which lends itself to problem solving. A high-level of proficiency in Excel is also essential, along with excellent system's capability, and you'll enjoy problem solving with key stakeholders right across the organisation. This is an excellent role for someone looking to lead a small team and operate with a high level of autonomy in an organisation that is continuing to experience growth while still remaining hands on.
