Operations Manager - Community & Aged Care Services

Our client is seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day operations and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role at an organisation that has been supporting individuals to live independently for over 30 years
- Management background in Aged Care or NDIS essential
 - Hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone dedicated and proactive
 - Full-time, permanent position based at the Goulburn office.
 
About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple regions, leading teams to achieve excellence in care, compliance, and operational outcomes. This is a leadership role where you will drive performance, mentor staff, and ensure programs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with senior management to implement strategic goals and foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continual improvement.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Manager or similar professional looking to step into a broader leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership across NDIS, Aged Care, and community service teams
Oversee compliance, audits, and risk management frameworks
Monitor budgets, reporting, and operational performance
Support and mentor Coordinators, Service Delivery, and Compliance teams
Lead workforce planning, staff development, and performance management
Promote collaboration, communication, and engagement across all levels
About You
Proven leadership experience within health, community, or aged care sectors
Strong understanding of NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent communication, people management, and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities while fostering a positive workplace culture
Current driver's licence, NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
