We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Lawn and Garden Maintenance Worker to join our team at Total Maintenance Management. Based in Cardiff, this role gives you the chance to work outdoors maintaining display home gardens across the Hunter and Central Coast.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, with shifts starting directly on site.

What you’ll be doing

Weeding, mulching, and preparing garden beds

Pruning and shaping hedges, shrubs, and trees

Fertilising and top dressing lawns and gardens

Blowing and clearing leaves, clippings, and general debris

Planting and maintaining gardens

Carrying out general lawn and garden maintenance tasks

What we’re looking for

Strong work ethic and reliability

Previous garden maintenance experience is a bonus, but not essential – we welcome applications from both men and women

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently

Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work

Positive attitude and team player mindset

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

White Card (general construction induction)

Professional presentation and behaviour when representing our company
