About the role

Jjr property maintenance is seeking motivated and skilled casual garden maintenance staff to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a member of our dedicated grounds and gardens team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the pristine appearance of our clients' properties.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning

Planting and caring for a variety of flowers, plants, and shrubs

Mulching and fertilizing garden beds

Clearing leaves and debris from pathways and gardens

Reporting any issues or concerns to the team leader

Ensuring a high standard of work and a safe working environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in gardening or landscaping, ideally in a commercial or property maintenance setting

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual labour tasks

A passion for horticulture and an understanding of plant care

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Excellent time management and organisational skills
