About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Team Member to join our crew. In this role, you’ll help maintain residential and commercial gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces to the highest standard. You’ll work outdoors, often as part of a small team, ensuring each property looks its best year-round.

Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, whipper snipping, trimming, pruning, and weeding

Maintain garden beds, hedges, and plant health

Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)

Assist with seasonal tasks such as mulching, planting, and turf care

Identify and report any site issues, plant pests, or irrigation problems

Follow company safety policies and procedures

Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in landscape or garden maintenance (preferred)

Ability to work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
