Landscape Maintenance Team Member
Location: Ingleburn, Sydney • Employment: Full‑time / Casual • Start: Immediate start

The Role
Reporting to a Team Leader/Supervisor, you’ll carry out day‑to‑day grounds and garden maintenance across multiple sites. You’ll use a range of equipment safely and efficiently, deliver tidy, healthy landscapes, and represent our standards on site.
What you’ll do
Mow, edge and tidy turf areas using ride‑on mowers and hand mowers; blow‑down and detail.
Operate brush cutters/line trimmers, blowers, pole saws and hedge trimmers.
Weed identification & control: mix/apply herbicides per label/SOPs; keep simple spray records.
Hedge trimming & shaping, seasonal pruning and plant care.
Tree pruning & chainsaw use for routine maintenance within scope
Garden bed care: mulching, planting, fertilising, and basic irrigation checks.
Keep equipment clean, perform basic maintenance checks, and follow all safety procedures.
Use a phone/app service mate or paperwork to record tasks, photos and timesheets.
Ability to pass national police check and working children check
What you’ll bring (essential)
Previous experience on residential and/or commercial landscape maintenance crews.
Confident operation of ride‑on mowers and brush cutters/line trimmers.
Competence with weed spraying and identification, hedge trimming, tree pruning and chainsaw work.
MUST have your own reliable transport and a current driver’s licence.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow direction and work safely.
Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather.
Ability to pass a national police check and children's check for schools
manual drivers license preferred
Qualifications & tickets (desirable)
Horticultural qualification (e.g., Certificate III/IV or equivalent).
Chemical application certification/licence (or willingness to obtain).
Chainsaw competency for maintenance pruning; First Aid a plus.
